Man arrested at Mocha House

BOARDMAN — A man reported to have a gun was arrested on a menacing charge at Mocha House, 7141 Tiffany Blvd., police said.

Officers were dispatched to the restaurant shortly after 9 a.m. Sunday, where they found Jerell Hubbard. A man who said he was the victim plus witnesses at the bakery told police that Hubbard lifted his shirt to show a gun while yelling at the victim. The victim and Hubbard each said the incident stemmed from each cutting the other off in the parking lot.

Hubbard was charged with aggravated menacing and inducing panic, and was given a citation on possession of marijuana, according to the police report. He was booked into the Mahoning County Jail
