Hubbard police seek missing man
HUBBARD — The city police department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 22-year-old autistic man.
Dakota Michael Ballinger Kettering was last seen at his home about 12:30 a.m. Monday, according to a news release from the police department.
Dakota is a white male with short, blond hair and blue eyes, whose height is between 5 foot 7 and 5 foot 10, and who weighs between 140 and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, black shorts and red-and-black shoes.
