GREEN — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle crash that killed a Boardman man Monday morning on state Route 165 in Green Township.

The Ohio patrol reports Henry J. Brew, 54, of Boardman, was taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Reports indicate Brew was driving a 2005 GMC van eastbound at 9:25 a.m., on Route 165, when he drove off the right side of the road, overcorrected then drove off the left side before striking a ditch.

The vehicle sustained minor damage.
