Jan. 13, 10:59 p.m. — Jenna L. Burrows, 32, 3452 Lakeside Drive, Mineral Ridge, was charged with drug abuse-methamphetamine after a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue.

1:40 p.m. — Tools and an engine were stolen from 1075 Ohltown Road.

Phillips, 24, 481 Fransisca Ave., Youngstown, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, failure to comply and driving while under suspension, and was cited for an unsafe vehicle (cracked windshield) following a vehicle pursuit from North Meridian Road to Salt Springs Road in Youngstown.
