Youngstown man sentenced to 8 years for rape
YOUNGSTOWN — Charles E. Prunier Sr., 39, of Alden Avenue was sentenced to eight years in prison Wednesday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty earlier this month to raping a teenage girl.
Judge Maureen Sweeney also declared him a Tier 3 sex offender, requiring him to register with the sheriff in the county where he resides every 90 days for the rest of his life.
Prosecutors said Prunier repeatedly assaulted a teen girl over several months.
