YOUNGSTOWN -- Traylor C. Johnson, 22, of Mistletoe Avenue, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter Thursday in the Nov. 29, 2018, shooting death of a man in the All City Sports Bar on Mahoning Avenue on the West Side.
He could get 11 years in prison when he is sentenced by Judge Anthony D'Apolito Dec. 12.
Johnson was indicted in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on aggravated murder in the 1:20 a.m. shooting death of Derrick Franklin, 23.
Youngstown police said many people were in the area of the shooting, and that helped in identifying Johnson as the shooter. Franklin's friends took him to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where he later died.
Relatives said Johnson and Franklin had been feuding.
Johnson's previous criminal history included one speeding ticket and one misdemeanor drug-possession offense, local court records indicate.
