YOUNGSTOWN — The indictment of Dustin L. Ruiter released Tuesday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court accuses him of committing 73 sex offenses against three teens between the ages 13 and 16.

The alleged offenses — 33 counts of rape, 33 of sexual battery, one of attempted rape and six of gross sexual imposition — are alleged to have occurred in 2018 and 2019, the indictment says.

Ruiter, who will be arraigned at 9 a.m. today, has addresses on South Lakeview Avenue in Youngstown and Candace Street in Warren. He was arrested Thursday and is in the Mahoning County Justice Center.
