Youngstown man pleads guilty to raping teen girl
YOUNGSTOWN — Charles E. Prunier Sr., 39, of Alden Avenue pleaded guilty Wednesday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to raping a teenage girl. Judge Maureen Sweeney will sentence Prunier at 9 a.m. Nov. 6.
Prunier originally faced many more rape and sexual-battery counts, but they will be dismissed in exhange for his plea.
Prosecutors said in March Prunier repeatedly assaulted a teen girl over several months.
