Sept. 11, 6:18 p.m. –Jami L. Cefalde, 35, 2590 South Raccoon Road, Austintown, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was cited on a charge of no valid operator’s license, and David Evans, 53, 3889 South Schenley Ave., Youngstown, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse-cocaine, following a traffic stop on South Meridian Road.

Sept. 10, 2:53 p.m. — Mark H. Peachock, 63, 1510 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

11:45 a.m. — Sharon K. Courtney, 58, 152 Manchester Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Sept. 9, 7:16 p.m. — Kayla A. Motok, 24, 6675 Silica Road, Austintown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

1:53 p.m. — Samiya Norflet, 31, 2040 S. Schenley Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

3:22 p.m. — Jacob R. Winters, 20, 612 Wilson Mill Road, New Castle, Pa., was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Sept. 7, 8:29 p.m. — Bailey N. Edgell, 23, 5598 Shields Road, Canfield, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Sept. 6, 6:46 p.m. — Ashlee J. Artist, 26, 987 Compass West Drive, was charged with obstructing official business.

1:37 p.m. — Caelynn R. Smith, 24, 1613 Salts Spring Road, Youngstown, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Sept. 12, 12:24 a.m. — Jaylin E. Wacht, 20, 8131 Stadler Ave., Boardman, was charged with criminal trespassing after a call to 174 Washington Blvd. regarding two males attempting to break into vehicles in a carport.

Sept. 11, 8:37 a.m. — Jesse T. Hribar, 27, 315 East Friend St., Columbiana, was arrested on a Boardman warrant on a charge of theft.

4:11 a.m. — Marcus L. Clark, 38, 751 Fairgreen Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant on a charge of theft.

Sept. 10, 2:23 p.m. — Rachel E. Tobey, 27, 1766 Stateline Road, Hubbard, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Gabe’s, 850 Boardman-Poland Road.

11:31 a.m. — Daniel T. Sanford, 28, 4022 Sylvia Lane, Boardman, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

9:14 a.m. — William J. Harrison, 58, 3945 Fourth Drive, Struthers, was arrested on Boardman warrants on charges of theft and criminal trespassing.

9:08 a.m. — Following a call to the vacant Market Street Elementary School, two 16-year-old Boardman boys were charged with criminal trespassing and one of them was further charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:23 a.m. — A 14-year-old Boardman boy was cited on a charge of possession of an alternate tobacco product and a curfew violation, and James P. Greathouse, 22, 5009 Aravesta Ave., Boardman, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, using weapons while intoxicated, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after a call about suspicious males at 5135 Market St.

Sept. 9, 11:43 p.m. — Justin G. Traylor, 46, 4131 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was charged with driving while under the influence after a traffic stop on Maple Drive.

8:50 p.m. — Johnny W. Stewart II, 28, 17769 Denver Drive, Lake Milton, was arrested on a warrant on a charge of theft filed by Sebring police.

7:10 p.m. — Robert A. Kay, 40, 2789 Bradley-Brownlee Road, Cortland, was charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a person trying to make a fraudulent return.

1:19 p.m. — Joshua D. Zickefoose, 40, 2831 Parkman Road, Warren, was charged with theft, inducing panic, criminal trespassing, possession of criminal tools and resisting arrest following a shoplifting call at JCPenney, 7401 Market St.

12:32 p.m. — Tammy E. Virden, 57, 701 Sunset Drive, Lisbon, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Kohl’s, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.

Sept. 8, 10:29 a.m. — Antoneisha L. Jones, 29, 2820 Bedford Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft and was taken into custody on a Warren City warrant on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Sept. 7, 11:06 p.m. — Erick W. Meredith, 33, 32109 Orchard Knoll Drive, Lisbon, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

Sept. 6, 8:53 p.m. — Whitney K. Muldrow, 28, 427 E. Laclede Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant on a charge of assault.

1:38 p.m. — Brendaliz Corchado Mendez, 32, 919 Scioto St., Youngstown; Keishla Velez Perez, 29, 146 Kendis Circle, Youngstown; and Xiomara A. Martinez-Perez, 24, 119 Blackburn St., Campbell, were each charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Kohl’s, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.

Sept. 5, 10:23 p.m. — Danny S. Bullen Jr., 49, 1946 Wendy Lane, was arested on charges of domestic violence, obstructing official business and resisting arrest, and was taken into custody on two Mahoning County Court warrants on charges of failure to appear and a Campbell Municipal Court warrant on a charge of failure to comply with a court order.

8:13 p.m. — Audreanna M. Lewis, 25, was charged with theft, and Shane C. Stein, 23, both of 883 Oak St., Warren, were charged with theft and possession of criminal tools following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

6:25 p.m. — Alexandria R. Reyes, 30, 476 Penhale Ave., Campbell, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Marc’s, 7121 Tiffany Blvd.

6:01 p.m. — Following a call to a West Boulevard residence regarding a juvenile who left without permission, a 16-year-old Boardman girl was charged.

Sept. 7

Sydney Tortola, 19, 10375 Immel St., Canton, was cited for speeding (68 in a 35 zone) during a traffic stop on Akron-Canfield Road.

Jesse Jackson, 78, 962 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension during a traffic stop on East Main Street,

Michael Landrum, 41, 48820 McCoy Ave., East Liverpool, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Court warrant on a charge of failure to appear on a theft charge following a traffic stop on U.S. 224.

Seth Davis, 38, 3705 Waterloo Road, Randolph, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for an unsafe vehicle during a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road.

Sept. 6

Lucinda Woods, 44, 553 Sherman Ave., Niles, was charged with driving while under suspension during a traffic stop on Talsman Drive.

Gary Golden, 36, 13 Willow Way, Canfield, was charged with possession of cocaine and drugs.

Larry Weatherby, 23, 468 Spring St., Struthers, was charged with driving while under suspension during a traffic stop on South Broad Street.

A patrol officer dispatched a sick opossum in the 500 block of Brookpark Drive.

Melissa Crowe, 46, 5486 Woodland Place, Canfield, was cited on a charge of speeding (39 in a 25 zone) during a traffic stop on Cardinal Drive.

Brian Pearl, 50, 289 South Elm St., Columbiana, was charged with drug abuse-marijuana during a traffic stop on West Main Street.

A 16-year-old North Jackson male was cited on a charge of failure to control after a one-vehicle crash on Palmyra Road.

Kimani Johnson, 28, 348 E. Philadelphia Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a warrant on a charge of failure to appear.

Herbert Gee, 79, 333 S. Broad St., Canfield, was cited on a charge of improper backing after a two-vehicle crash on South Broad Street.

Andrew Varsho, 34, 134 Hager St., Hubbard, was cited on a charge of assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on state Route 446.
