Gun threat reported at Youngstown charter school

YOUNGSTOWN — A girl, 11, made threats to shoot people at her school, Stambaugh Charter Academy on Donald Avenue, as she was being escorted out of the school at about noon Wednesday for unruly and aggressive behavior, police report.

A counselor was escorting her through the hallway to get her things because she was being sent home early when she said that if she were to be expelled from school, she would come back and shoot people. A Youngstown police report does not say that the girl was charged with a crime.
