Insight Health System and the Ohio Department of Health conducted a conference call Tuesday regarding the health system’s potential license revocation.

However, no hearing date has been set, the department said in an email.

Once rescheduled, the hearing will allow Insight to address the state’s effort to revoke its license to operate Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull in Warren.

Insight requested the hearing in response to the state’s Nov. 17 revocation notice. In the letter, the state said it would pull Insight’s license based on violations its inspectors uncovered during previous visits to the East Market Street facility.

No time has been announced as to when the sides will revisit the matter, a state spokesman said.
