The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Jamel Smith. He is wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and the U. S. Marshals Service for parole violations, according to a task force press release.

Smith, 32, is described as a black male, 6 feet 2 and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He is known to frequent the Cuyahoga, Summit and Youngstown areas.
