Boardman man sentenced to probation after repaying customers

YOUNGSTOWN — Boardman contractor John P. Bartos today told Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Maureen Sweeney he made personal and business mistakes that led to the criminal charges against him and that he is a “humbled man.”

He has already served 110 days in various county jails in the counties where he was charged, said his attorney, Frank Cassese.
