Jury in Rowan Sweeney killing will resume deliberations Thursday

YOUNGSTOWN -- The jury in the Brandon Crump Jr. aggravated murder trial deliberated for about a half an hour this afternoon before leaving for the day. Deliberations will resume Thursday.
Crump, 21, is charged in the 2020 shooting death of 4-year-old Rowan Sweeney and the shootings of four adults in a home in Struthers.
The jury in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court heard closing arguments this afternoon as well as jury instructions and started to deliberate at about 4:30 p.m.
