Youngstown police identify remains as the missing Amy Hambrick
YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Police Department today revealed that the bones found off of Thorn Hill Road on the city’s East Side Aug. 26 are those of Amy Hambrick, 29, who went missing Nov. 11, 2017, in Youngstown. Hambrick was the mother of a 10-year-old girl.
The identification was made through dental records and was revealed at a news conference at the Youngstown Police Department.
Though the cause of Hambrick’s death is not known, the police department and coroner’s office are actively investigating the case and ask anyone with information to call police at (330) 746-CLUE or (330) 746-8YPD.
