VIENNA — A Columbiana County man on Wednesday was no billed, meaning not indicted, by a Trumbull County grand jury on four felony charges connected to threats made to a Vienna aeronautics school in May.
Christian Blymiller, 18, of Waterford Road, New Waterford, faced two counts of making terroristic threats and two counts of inducing panic. All the charges were dropped on Wednesday when the grand jury chose not to indict him. Trumbull County jail records show Blymiller was released from the Trumbull County jail at 2:21 p.m. Wednesday.
The case was linked to a May 25 incident when a teacher from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics called Trumbull County 911 shortly before 4 p.m. to report a threat was made earlier at the school, and a pawnbroker in Youngstown reported a man had picked up a firearm and was headed to the Vienna location.
