YOUNGSTOWN — Travis Tritt and Chris Janson will play a co-headlining show Oct. 8 at the Covelli Centre.

Tritt has sold more than 30 million albums in his career along with winning two Grammy Awards, four CMA Awards and a Billboard Music Award for top new artist. Since his 1989 debut album, Tritt has had 20 top 10 country hits, include five number ones — “Help Me Hold Me,” “Anymore,” “Can I Trust You with My Heart,” “Foolish Pride” and “Best of Intentions.”

Janson is an ACM Award winner whose country hits include “Good Vibes,” “Done,” “Fix a Drink” and “Buy Me a Boat.” In addition to his own hits, Janson also has written songs recorded by Tim McGraw, Justin Moore and LOCASH.

War Hippies will open the 7:30 p.m. show. Tickets range from $35 to $99.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Southwoods Health box office and through Ticketmaster. An online-only presale runs from 10 a.m. Wednesday to 10 p.m. Thursday with the password: QUARTER.
