NILES – Very early and preliminary results in the Niles Council at-Large race as incumbents Michael Lastic and Jimmy Julian, along with challenger James V. DePasquale Jr. pulling ahead of ward Councilman Albert Cantola Jr., who is seeking to move into an at-Large post.
