YOUNGSTOWN — Judge Anthony Donofrio has ruled against placing a temporary restraining order on the Boardman Local Schools’ mask mandate.
The ruling means that the temporary restraining order that a group of parents of Boardman Schools students sought is overruled. The case will remain stagnant until a Jan. 27 hearing on a permanent injunction on the same issue.
