James Reardon sentenced to 41 months in prison

CLEVELAND –James P. Reardon, 22, of New Middletown, was sentenced today to 41 months in federal prison for making threats against the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown in 2019 and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.

But he gets credit for 26 months already spent in the Mahoning County jail.

Reardon received his sentence from Judge Patricia Gaughan in Cleveland federal court. Reardon pleaded guilty May 26 to the charges. Reardon attended the hearing through video hookup from the county jail.
