YOUNGSTOWN — The following people were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury:

Elia Sorice, 68, Mahoning County jail, menacing by stalking, aggravated drug possession, drug possession and violating a protection order.

Gage T. Cowart, 21, Cleveland, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Jacob K. Mechling, 27, Mahoning County jail, felonious assault with notice or prior conviction and repeat violent offender specification.

James A. Moore, 32, Prospect Street, Salem, aggravated drug possession, falsification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandy N. Pinkerton, 35, Idaho Avenue, East Liverpool, aggravated drug possession, falsification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daryl Hines, 40, Penhale Avenue, Campbell, failure to register.

Brittney J. Sakmar, 35, Mahoning Avenue, aggravated drug possession.

Yaisa E. Laboy, 35, Midlothian Boulevard, two counts of aggravated drug possession and single counts of violating a protection order and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jaron E. Lewis, 26, Catalina Avenue, cocaine possession with a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case.

Willie Daniel, Jr., 24, Plaza View Court, fentanyl-related compound possession, being a felon in possession of a firearm with a gun specification and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Leon C. Haskins, 45, West Boardman Street, two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Gary L. Teague, Jr., 25, Delaware Avenue, fentanyl-related compound possession, cocaine possession, aggravated drug possession, obstructing official business and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kerry S. Pringle, 57, North Evanston Avenue, obstructing official business.

James L. Mills, 35, Leighton Avenue, Boardman, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and petty theft.

Chaudrey D. Phillips, 27, Shenango Street, Sharpsville, Pa., obstructing justice.

Dezaun Franklin, 24, Eastview Avenue, carrying a concealed weapon.

Eugene Helton, 88, Lancaster Avenue, Austintown, five counts of gross sexual imposition.
