YOUNGSTOWN — About 3,000 people are experiencing a power outage in Mahoning County. The Ohio Edison web site says 2,722 are in Youngstown and 237 are in Boardman Township.
Ohio Edison predicts that the outages will be fixed by 4 p.m. today.
According to FirstEnergy, the power outage was caused by a vehicle accident.
