Mahoning jury trial to begin Wednesday morning
YOUNGSTOWN — A jury has been selected and the trial of Israel J. Graham will begin at 9 a.m. tomorrow in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
Graham, 23, of Youngstown is indicted on aggravated robbery, safecracking and multiple counts of kidnapping in the Oct. 28, 2018, armed robbery of the Campbell Burger King on McCartney Road.
It will be the first jury trial in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court since November when Lamar Armstrong, 34, was tried and convicted of felonious assault with a gun specification in Judge John Durkin’s courtroom.
