WARREN — Police are investigating a shooting reported at 1:43 a.m. today near the corner of Parkman Road and Union Street SW in which a 34-year-old Niles resident was wounded.

Officers went to the corner to investigate multiple reports of shots fired. They found Jamey L. Stamper, 519 Dakota Ave., Niles, had been wounded, according to a police report.

Melissa A. Pustay, 42, 423 W. Third St., Niles, also was at the scene. Police listed her as a victim but she had not been wounded, according to the report.

Stamper was taken by Emergency Medical Transport to be treated. His condition was not released this morning.
