Ohio has highest 2-day total in 6 weeks

The two-day total of reported COVID-19 cases in Ohio is at its highest point in more than six weeks. The Ohio Department of Health reported 547 new COVID-19 cases Thursday, a day after reporting 407 cases. Most people would probably like to see the number of area cases of COVID-19 reach zero. Among local nursing homes, the number is tantalizingly close. In May 2020, Ohio nursing homes accounted for about 70 percent of all COVID-19 cases in the state.
