SNOWFLAKE FESTIVAL: The annual Snowflake Festival in East Palestine is scheduled for Saturday. The Snowflake Festival is sponsored by the East Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce and this year’s annual festival has some added features as well as prior years’ favorites.
