POP-UP SKATEPARK: The Youngstown Skatepark Association, a nonprofit dedicated to building a free public skatepark in the City of Youngstown, has partnered with Penguin City Brewing Company to host a free Pop-Up Skatepark noon to 8 p.m. Saturday at Penguin City Brewing Company, 460 E. Federal St., Youngstown.
