HOLIDAY PARADE: The City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape, Title Sponsor WesBanco, #1 Cochran Chevrolet Buick GMC and the Downtown Youngstown Partnership will host this year’s Youngstown Holiday Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting and Flea on Phelps. PET PHOTOS WITH SANTA: Mr. Darby’s Vintage & Antiques, 7386 Market St., Boardman, will offer pet photos with Santa 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. For a $5 donation, you can use your own camera and take photos of your pet with Santa. All donations will be given to Animal Charity of Ohio.
