SEEKING INFO ON VETERANS: Local historian Steffon Wydell Jones is seeking information and looking for family members in the Youngstown area who are related to veterans who served in the 65th Regiment out of Puerto Rico during the Korean War. VENDORS SOUGHT: Pink Out Mahoning Valley/Pink Out America, a nonprofit organization, is accepting applications from vendors and food trucks for the 2026 Pink Out Mahoning Valley Music Festival noon to 7 p.m. Oct. 4 at Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road. Volunteers are also needed to help with planning and day of activities. The event is in its fourth year and features a variety of vendors, concessions and a full music lineup. Admission is free.
