The second annual Mahoning Valley Pug Fest will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Penguin City Brewing, 460 E. Federal St., Youngstown.
This year's event will include a pug parade, costume contest, peanut butter licking contest, pug races and prizes for the oldest and youngest pug in attendance. The event is free to attend. All breeds of dogs are welcome, but must be leashed.
The event originally was scheduled at DeBartolo Commons in Boardman, but it was moved indoors because of rain in the forecast.
