WARREN — Although the company has not completed construction of its first building, Kimberly-Clark Corp. representatives are laying the groundwork needed for a new enterprise zone agreement to place a warehouse on its property. “They are looking to receive a 60% tax abatement for 10 years,” Trumbull County Planning Assistant Director Nicholas Coggins told commissioners during Tuesday’s workshop meeting. Staff report Vallourec’s North American operations highlight the multinational company’s spreadsheet, the French-based specialty steel business said last week as part of its third quarter earnings report.
