Staff report The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and the Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce have finalized an affiliation agreement expanding programming, advocacy and member services in Columbiana while preserving local governance, the organizations announced Monday. Under the agreement, approved by the boards of directors of both organizations, the Columbiana Chamber retains control of its policy, budget and long-term direction.
