MVYP 25 Under 35 honorees announced

The Mahoning Valley Young Professionals, an affiliate of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, announced its 2026 MVYP 25 Under 35 honorees Monday.

The awards celebrate individuals under age 35 who are making an impact through leadership, innovation and community involvement.

The honorees will be recognized at the organization’s annual gala 5 to 9 p.m. May 28 at The Lake Club in Poland. The evening will feature a cocktail reception, dinner and formal awards presentation.

The 2026 MVYP 25 Under 35 honorees are:

• Elizabeth Angelo, director of safety, VEC Inc.

• Brian Austalosh, client relationship manager, Stifel

• John Bates, financial adviser, Tolmiros Financial Designs

• Karsyn Berk, owner of Berk Beauty

• Lauren Butka, marketing director, ECMSI

• Zachary Chesman, personal banker at WesBanco

• Seamus Chrystal, owner of Chrystal Clean Ground Management & Greenova Fertilization

• Chasie Comek, banking center manager at WesBanco

The program will include a panel discussion focused on the “Silver Tsunami,” exploring the challenges and opportunities created by a rapidly retiring workforce and the next generation stepping into leadership roles.

Panelists will include Lou Colella, managing director of the Growth & Transitions Team at JFS Wealth Advisors; Reilly Berk, president and CEO of Berk Enterprises; and Ray Leach, president of The O.H.I.O. Fund. The discussion will be moderated by Tim Petrey, CEO of HD Growth Partners.
