NILES — Ashley’s Furniture will join the Eastwood Mall Complex’s shopping lineup this spring.

Ashley’s plans to occupy approximately 30,0000-square feet in the Great East Plaza and is projected to open its doors in March or April, according to a news release issued Monday.

The store will feature Ashley’s 7.0 design, a concept aimed to provide an inspirational environment to help shoppers visualize how furniture will look in real home settings, as well as an emphasis on ease of navigation to help them explore styles in an “open, bright and modern atmosphere.”

The store also will have full-room displays, including fully realized living rooms, bedrooms and dining spaces, as well as an enhanced mattress gallery, a dedicated space featuring the latest sleep technology and industry-leading brands.

“It’s always exciting to announce a new addition to the Eastwood Mall Complex,” said Johnny Chechitelli, Cafaro Company’s Regional Director of Marketing and Communications. “Great East Plaza provides the perfect footprint for Ashley’s innovative 7.0 layout, with plenty of space for visitors to find more inspiration for their homes than ever before.”

Details for a grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting will be shared closer to the store’s debut, the release states.
