Palo Creative acquires an Atlanta-based marketing firm
YOUNGSTOWN — Palo Creative, a Boardman-based marketing and advertising agency, has acquired the assets and more than 25 clients of danbailey.com, a move that signals “a significant expansion” for Palo Creative, according to a news release.
The deal closed July 1, the release states.
Based in Atlanta, danbailey.com has specialized in providing clients nationwide in the optical lab industry with website design and development, video production, content development, general marketing and collateral pieces design, and other digital technology solutions.
“We are committed to providing Mr. Bailey’s clients with the reliable website service and support they are accustomed to while also offering our expertise with other marketing services, like digital marketing and SEO,” Rob Palowitz, president and CEO of Palo Creative, said in the release.
“We look forward to cultivating long-lasting connections with these new business owners, managers, and founders as we look to further our growth in another specific industry vertical. This acquisition will enhance our expertise and reach into the optical industry nationwide, which we are very excited about. Opportunities like this are essential to achieving our long-term growth strategy, significantly strengthening our company.”
Palo Creative’s experience in the optical lab industry dates back to 2015, the release states.
