The U.S. Small Business Administration district office in Cleveland has opened registration for its 2020 SBA Emerging Leaders executive-level training program in Youngstown.

The goal of the program, according to the SBA, is to help established small-business owners with high growth potential with knowledge, resources and scale.

Twenty spots are open in the program.

The criteria are at least three years in business, have at least one employee in addition to the owner and annual gross sales of at least $250,000. The participant must also be a key decision-maker in the company.

The free course is April to October at Youngstown State University.
