HD Davis CPAs acquires Austintown accounting firm
WARREN — Liberty-based HD Davis CPAs has acquired the accounting practice of Pro-Count Solutions, Terry L. Beck & Company, in Austintown, it was announced Monday.
The business that focused on tax, bookkeeping, payroll and business consulting services will remain in the same Mahoning Avenue location and will retain all of its employees. The acquisition will give Pro-Count and its team access to better technology and more specialized training and support, according to a release from HD Davis.
