Dominion rates up, but bills remain unchanged

WARREN — The rate for Dominion Energy Ohio’s standard choice and standard service offers in November is $3.14 per thousand cubic feet (Mcf), but the average residential bill will remain virtually unchanged from a year ago, the company announced.

Effective Nov. 10, customers of the plans will see average residential bills of $64.31 for the month, or 6 cents more than $64.25 in November 2019.

Although the new rates are up 32 cents from the November 2019 rates of $2.81 per Mcf, the Tax Credit Savings Credit Rider of $5.41, enacted earlier this year, will limit the average total residential bill increase to 6 cents.
