America Makes announces its 2020 ambassador class

YOUNGSTOWN — America Makes, the U.S. Department of Defense’s additive manufacturing innovation institute, has announced the 2020 Class of America Makes Ambassadors.

The program, launched in 2017, recognizes individuals who have continually demonstrated outstanding dedication to advancing America Makes and its mission.

The ambassadors are Bill Carter, GE; Mark Lamoncha, Humtown Products; Brett Conner, Department of Energy’s Kansas City National Security Campus; Managed by Honeywell; Ed Herderick, The Ohio State University; Mara Hitner, MatterHackers; Meghan McCarthy, National Institutes of Health; Janet Kar, Link3D; Kevin Slattery, The Barnes Global Advisors; Kimberly Gibson, IC3D; and Kelly Visconti, PM2 Strategies.
