AKRON CHILDREN’S RECOGNIZED: Akron Children’s Hospital has earned recognition as a Top Workplace by The Plain Dealer of Cleveland for the sixth year in a row.

The honor is based on employee feedback through a survey by Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, connection and execution.

Sixty-eight percent of 3,685 Akron Children’s employees who received the survey completed the questionnaire. Employees gave the hospital high marks in several areas, including values, direction and open-mindedness.
