Local gas prices up, stay below NE Ohio average
WARREN — Gas prices in most of the Mahoning Valley are below the northeast Ohio average, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
In the Warren-Youngstown and Niles areas, the average per gallon price is $2.57, one penny less than the region’s average price. The $2.58 price, however, is 11 cents greater than the region’s average price last week.
The average price the week of Dec. 3, 2018, was $2.16 per gallon.
Across the U.S., the average is $2.58.
