WARREN — Arconic, which has a facility in Weathersfield, had a third quarter 2019 revenue of $3.6 billion, up 1 percent from the same period in 2018.

The company reported organic revenue was up 6 percent based on strong volumes across key markets and favorable pricing in the engineered products and forgings segment, growth in the packaging, industrial and aerospace markets and favorable pricing in the global rolled products segment.

Net income was $95 million, or 21 cents per share, which included noncash asset impairments of $108 million, compared to $161 million, or 32 cents per share, for the third quarter of 2018.

Earlier this month, the company announced a dividend of 93.7 cents per share on the its Class A stock.

Arconic makes aluminum, titanium or nickel parts for planes, cars and electronics.
