Youngstown man hits lottery in Masury
YOUNGSTOWN Mark Hildenbrand of Youngstown purchased the Ohio Lotteryás $30 scratch-off, Fastest Road to $1 Million, and won the gameás $1-million annuity top prize.
He purchased his winning ticket at Brookfield Drive In, Thru, 862 S Irvine Ave. in Masury.
Hildenbrand chose the $500,000 cash option prize equivalent and will receive approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings. Odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 240,000.
