YOUNGSTOWN — Ishia Milledge, 40, was arraigned Wednesday in Youngstown Municipal Court on burglary, a low-level felony, following an incident Tuesday afternoon at a home on Oxford Avenue on the North Side in which she was found inside someone’s home — a problem that the homeowner has had with Milledge in the past. Officers were called to the home regarding a burglary in progress at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday. The resident told dispatchers that her neighbor contacted her to say that the front door of her home was open. WASHINGTON (AP) — R. James Woolsey, a national security expert who led the CIA for two turbulent years after his appointment by President Bill Clinton, has died. He was 84. Woolsey, who became CIA director in early 1993, died Tuesday at his home in Washington, according to several newspapers. His wife, Conchita Sarnoff Woolsey, told the newspapers that he died from a stroke. Sheetz construction gets closer in Cornersburg

YOUNGSTOWN — Demolition work at the former Rite Aid at 3525 Canfield Road in Cornersburg will begin in late summer or early fall to prepare the property for construction of a Sheetz convenience store.
