NILES — In the spring of 1969, three young Niles boys, Robin Inman, 3, Robert Oakman, 2, and Scott Inman, 5, were playing outside the Oakmans’ home with an orange-colored pedal car when a photographer from the now-defunct Niles Daily Times approached them to take their photo.
