YOUNGSTOWN — The city’s board of control signed an option agreement for the potential development of a business technology park on Exal Court as well as deals to install gas and electric lines there. The board voted 2-0 Thursday on the three items regarding the potential economic development project. YOUNGSTOWN — The aggravated murder trial of two Youngstown men accused of participating in the shooting death of Reynaldo Hernandez, 24, at the East Side home of co-defendant, Andre K. Bailey, on Bott Street on Oct. 17, 2024, is now set for Sept. 21. Eddie Winphrie, 43, and Vincent Marbley, 61, are charged with aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence, but they were only recently taken into custody in the case. YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown police arrested a 39-year-old man in a Wednesday morning incident on West LaClede Avenue on the South Side after a neighbor called the homeowner to tell him someone was taking items from his house. WARREN — Trumbull County commissioners during their Wednesday meeting approved using $1,955,000 in Trumbull Senior Levy funding to provide services to the county’s senior residents.
