PARIS (AP) — France banned children under 15 from using social media on Tuesday, becoming the first country in the European Union to pass a blanket ban on the platforms as concerns grow worldwide over the harmful effects of digital content on kids. YOUNGSTOWN — The attorney for James Sunderman, 19, of Hayes Avenue in McDonald, filed a written not guilty by reason of insanity plea Monday to attempted murder, felonious assault and kidnapping in a May incident on Youngstown’s South Side. Sunderman was arraigned Tuesday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, with Magistrate Nicole Butler continuing the $200,000 bond set in May for Sunderman in Youngstown Municipal Court. BERLIN CENTER — Searchers found the body of missing North Olmsted man Sean Miller near the boat docks off of Bedell Road at Berlin Reservoir sometime after 7 a.m. Tuesday.
