Easy Street cabaret show focuses on female voices
A quartet of Easy Street Productions’ veterans will perform songs by woman artists at DeYor Performing Arts Center in September.
“Girls Night Out Returns” will feature Easy Street co-founder Maureen Collins joined by Katy Collins, Colleen Chance and Natalie Sprouse for a program featuring songs by Joni Mitchell, Janis Joplin, Alanis Morissette, Dolly Parton and others.
Backing the singers for the cabaret-style concert will be Easy Street music director Don Yallech on percussion, Rich Yocum on keyboard and Adam Cord on guitar.
“Girls Night Out” was the theme of the first Easy Street Studio Session 11 years ago. “Returns” includes most of the original performers along with some new vocalists and musicians.
Performances are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 6 and 7 at Eleanor Beecher Flad Pavilion, 260 W. Federal St., Youngstown. Tickets are $32, including fees and are available online at
experienceyourarts.org, the DeYor box office and by calling 330-259-9651.
