Slovenefest celebrates its 41st year at SNPJ with celebration
The 41st Slovenefest takes place this weekend at the SNPJ Recreation Center, 270 Martin Road, Enon Valley, Pa.
Billed as the largest Slovenian cultural festival of its kind, it features more than 20 Slovenian polka bands and button box accordion clubs performing on five indoor and outdoor stages along with ethnic foods and crafts.
It runs from 4 p.m. to midnight Friday, noon to midnight Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10 on Friday and Sunday and $15 on Saturday with children 16 and younger admitted free. For more information, go to www.
