Eastwood Field hosts ‘Field of Dreams’ actor
Dwier Brown from the movie “Field of Dreams” will be part of a Dinner on the Diamond event Sept. 30 at Eastwood Field in Niles.
Presented by The Oswald Companies in partnership with Shepherd of the Valley and Shepherd’s Foundation, the evening will include a buffet dinner, a silent auction an 50 / 50 raffle, a presentation and Q&A with Brown (who played the father of Kevin Costner’s character in the 1989 film), photos in the outfield and a screening of the movie.
Tickets are $75 for general admission and $100 for VIP and $500 and $700 for tables of eight people and are available at the box office and online at mvscrappers.com.
